Rules & Regulations

- This is a boat rental service with a captain.

-No minimum capacity. Maximum capacity is 6 guests.

-Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

-All waivers must be signed prior to boarding and ID must be presented before boarding.

-Trips will be booked and paid online, with the exception of Private Charters. 

-No show, no refund.

-Should there be inclement weather, the captain may deem it necessary to cancel the trip. Trips will be refunded or rebooked.

-There is NOT a bathroom on board, should there need to be an emergency stop, we will dock where you can access one.

-Guests are responsible for appropriate valid NYS fishing licensing prior to boarding a fishing charter.
